Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor at GoodEnough Energy located in Greater Noida. The Store Supervisor/ Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the supply chain team. Additional responsibilities include supervising store staff, maintaining organized and efficient stock levels, and implementing store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in store management or inventory control.
• Prior work experience in HV equipment manufacturing firms such as boilers, electrical panels, HVAC systems, motors, or other heavy electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of store operations and material management systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
