Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Person will support day-to-day store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work closely under the guidance of the Store Manager. The individual will contribute to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and overall store efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities.

1. Customer Assistance & Sales
-Greet customers and understand their requirements.-Demonstrate products, share features/benefits, and help customers make purchase decisions.-Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.-Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer queries.

2. Store Operations Support
-Assist in the opening/closing of the store as per procedures.-Maintain cleanliness, product arrangements, and visual display standards.-Ensure product availability on shelves and support store upkeep.

3. Billing & Cash Handling
-Operate the POS/billing system for accurate and quick billing.-Handle cash/card transactions responsibly.-Maintain packaging material, carry bags, and assist customers during checkout.

4. Inventory & Stock Management
-Support in stock replenishment, counting, and daily stock maintenance.-Assist during monthly stock audits and help reduce stock discrepancies.-Coordinate with the Store Manager for low-stock or fast-moving items.

5. Coordination & Team Support
-Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team members.-Participate in training sessions related to product knowledge and sales skills.-Follow store protocols, punctuality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
