Job Description

Looking for a motivated Store Sales Associate to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain high product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
