Compliance management (Internal, external audits, Frisking, Fraudulent cases prevention, OCG audits, Karigar room along with Service process audits)
2.Maintaining store hygiene delivering top class standards.
Backend service satisfaction and management (Admin staff related)
3.Managing all vendors (Admin & HK staff related) end to end.
Vendor management (Admin staff - agency related)
4.Managing the store maintenance with thorough checks / audits on a regular basis
Complaint reduction by 10% qtr on qtr (Store Maintenance related)
