Store Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the role of Retail Business Consultant (Store Launch & Operations) at a leading kidswear brand in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating potential store locations in target catchments across Mumbai. - Interacting with property brokers, landlords, and legal teams to negotiate favorable lease terms. - Liaising with store designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality store fitouts. - Taking full ownership of store operations once live. - Developing and executing localized marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to maximize footfall and revenue. - Hiring, training, and managing the store team to ensure strong customer service and performance. Your prior experience with brokers, vendors, or real estate partners will be a strong advantage for this role. You should also be comfortable working on the ground, traveling across Mumbai, and managing multiple stakeholders.,
