We’re looking for someone who can take charge of our store operations while bringing energy and personality to the brand experience—both offline and online. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the offline store with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. • Handle the complete online sales process: customer inquiries, order management, packaging, and logistics coordination. • Communicate professionally and warmly with customers across platforms like in-store, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital channels. • Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with the production/design team for restocks. • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic. • Support content creation and listings for website and social media. • Supervise any junior staff and ensure a lively, customer-friendly store environment. • Track sales performance, gather customer feedback, and contribute to growth strategies.
