Store Manager - Titan Eye+

The Store Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end store operations, driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the store team in line with Titan Eye Plus standards and policies.

Key responsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day store operations including sales, billing, inventory, hygiene, and visual merchandising as per Titan Eye Plus guidelines.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management, upselling, and cross‑selling of frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.

Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience by maintaining high service standards, handling customer queries/complaints, and building strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store staff/optometrists; conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance against KPIs.

Monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders, prevent stock‑outs, and control shrinkage through proper GRN, stock audits, and adherence to inventory processes.

Ensure 100% compliance with Titan policies, franchisee norms (if applicable), and statutory requirements related to billing, discounts, cash handling, and documentation.

Maintain store ambience and brand image, including cleanliness, product display, window display, and in‑store branding as per VM standards.

Analyse daily/weekly sales reports, product mix, and conversion ratios; plan local store‑level promotions and activities to drive footfall.

Coordinate with cluster/area manager and HO teams for promotions, training, reporting, and implementation of new initiatives.

Ensure proper scheduling, attendance, and discipline of staff, and drive a positive work culture focused on learning and performance.

Experience - 2- 5 years serving or served as a Store Manager at an optical background.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
