Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure stores are functional as per operational hoursEnsure all Online Platforms are live during operational hours.Monitor and ensure adherence to store hygiene and grooming standards by both yourself and all team members, in accordance with company policiesMaintain timely daily cash expenses and bankingConduct daily briefing with Store TeamConsistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the management teamEnsure consistent adherence to store visual standards and merchandising guidelines to maintain the brand’s look and feel, enhancing the overall customer experience.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Review Daily Sales Reports and inventory reportEnsure accurate and timely record into the system, including Inward/outword, closing stock, and wastage.Monitor wastage levels closely to identify areas for improvement and reduce unnecessary costs.Adhere Food Saftey guidelines and follow in store planograms to maintain a well-organized store layout.Ensure timely execution and adherence to updates and tasks assigned by the marketing team.Conduct role plays and discuss training taskEnsure the timely completion of all training courses on Waffle Academy by both yourself and all team members.In the absence Shift Manager, the Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager will take on the responsibilities listed in the Shift Manager job description.Weekly Tasks:Analyse weekly sales data and manpower status to ensure that the team is performing efficiently and meeting targets.Monitor Google reviews on a weekly basis and take corrective steps as per company SOP's to improve it furtherConduct regular sales reviews with the team.Conduct team discussions to review performance highlights and lowlights across all online platforms.Conduct weekly inventory and wastage updates to track stock accuracy.Ensure team members' attendance should be updated & approved in the system.Monthly Tasks:Perform data analysis providing insights and reasoning for any significant trendsAnalyse Like-for-Like (LFL) data to understand performance trends across similar store setups and provide actionable insights.Review audit results post-audit and develop comprehensive action plans to address any identified issues, ensuring continuous improvement.Conduct competitor sales data analysis to benchmark store performance against the market and identify opportunities for growth.Review Ops scorecard data and take corrective steps to improve furtherMaintain store checklists in frontline and DSR bookVerify license and fire extinguisher data to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.Review pest control service reports to ensure stores remain hygienic and pest-free.All tickets related to queries should be raised through the ticketing tool system.Celebrate Store R&R Program as per set guidelines in store.
