Store Manager

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working in a retail store environment, with a strong preference for candidates with clothing brand experience. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving monthly and annual sales targets, overseeing the entire store operations, and converting high-value customer queries into sales. You will also be expected to take on a leadership role, providing guidance to the team, and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions. In addition, you will need to focus on making the store profitable by cutting down costs and preparing an appropriate merchandise mix based on customer requirements. The role requires flexibility in terms of working hours and tasks, adapting as needed to meet the store's requirements.
