Store Manager- Retail (Apparel)

Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Your key goal will be to achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by management. You will lead, motivate, and manage store staff, including scheduling and conducting performance evaluations. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
