Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jhanjharpur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store employees, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also focus on customer service and maintaining high standards of store management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
