As we scale our efforts, we are looking for a passionate, energetic team member to support our outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts. ⸻ Role Overview: The Outreach & Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing our online presence, running awareness campaigns, handling outreach to potential stakeholders, and coordinating activities across teams. The role is fully remote and requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and represent our mission with empathy and clarity. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Social Media Management – Create, post, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn – Grow our reach and interaction with key audiences • Online Marketing & Ad Campaigns – Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to reach donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries – Track and optimize performance • Outreach & Cold Calling – Call and follow up with potential partners, volunteers, donors, and community members – Clearly communicate our programs and encourage participation • Sales & Lead Generation – Identify opportunities for partnerships, funding, or service engagement – Follow up to convert interest into meaningful outcomes • Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field partners for campaigns, logistics, and events • User/Customer Support – Respond to queries from senior citizens, rural beneficiaries, or partners via calls, WhatsApp, or email – Ensure prompt resolution and follow-through • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain call logs, campaign data, and regular activity reports ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, outreach, customer handling, or similar roles • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and remotely • Familiarity with digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, etc. • Compassionate and driven by a social mission ⸻ What We Offer: • Remote and flexible working hours • A purpose-driven environment focused on real impact • Opportunities to grow in outreach, digital strategy, and nonprofit operations • A chance to work closely with underserved communities and learn from ground realities
