Job Description

The F&B Inventory Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling all food and beverage inventory operations within the organization. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure smooth F&B operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Inventory Management

Supervise daily operations of the F&B store including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) systems.
Monitor stock usage, minimize wastage, and ensure timely replenishment.

Procurement & Coordination

Liaise with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Work closely with F&B production teams to understand consumption patterns.

Systems & Reporting

Maintain updated records in inventory management systems (EXCEL/ERP).
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement, variances, and consumption trends.
Conduct cost analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure hygiene, safety, and storage protocols in compliance with HACCP/FSSAI standards.
Regularly audit storage facilities to maintain quality and shelf life.
Train and supervise store staff in proper handling, labeling, and documentation.
