Job Title: Store Manager Brand: Mia by Tanishq Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years Industry: Retail (Jewellery / Electronics / Branded Retail) Job Description: Mia by Tanishq is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing branded retail stores, preferably in jewellery, electronics, or similar retail formats. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision Ensure achievement of sales targets and store KPIs Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance brand experience Handle store merchandising and visual display as per brand guidelines Manage and motivate store staff, including training and performance monitoring Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with backend teams for replenishment Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management Prior experience in branded retail stores (Jewellery / Electronics / Fashion / Lifestyle) is mandatory Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and customer-handling abilities Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations Preferred Candidates: Candidates with exclusive retail store management experience Experience in jewellery retail will be an added advantage
