Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, optimizing store layout, and enhancing overall store performance. The Store Manager will lead by example, providing excellent customer service and effective communication with both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Communication and Store Management
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent leadership and management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior experience in retail management is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferable
