Job Summary Looking for detail –oriented and skilled application chef to oversee the daily quality evaluation of ingredients, new formulation. The role combines culinary expertise with a strong focus on quality, sensory evaluation. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, freshness and excellence in every preparation. Responsibilities Conduct daily organoleptic (sensory) evaluations of incoming and in use spices, spice blend, seasoning in aroma, color, texture and taste Collaborate with the QA team to identify any deviation from quality or consistency standards Work closely with sourcing and procurement to provide culinary feedback on ingredient performance Develop and test control recipe to verify consistency and functionality of spice blends Assist in shelf –life studies and evaluate changes over time in spice and blends Maintain accurate records of tasting notes, sample result and observation Recommend improvements or replacements based on quality or performance issues Stay informed about safety guidelines, global spice trends and best practices in spice handling and performing recipe standards In hand culinary cooking must.
