Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FG STORE position located in the Amethi district. The FG STORE employee will be responsible for managing and organizing retail sales, providing excellent customer service, and handling daily retail operations. This role involves maintaining inventory, training team members, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Inventory Management

1. Maintained accurate inventory record and regularly update stock levels.
2. Conduct regular stock audit
3. Monitor slow moving and obsolete stock and take corrective action.
4. Forecast inventory needs based on production and sales tends.

Procurement Coordination

1. Coordinate with the procurement department and production teams for timely material availability.
2. Verify and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity and documentation.
3. accuracy.
4. Manage material inwards and outward movements with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Retail Sales and Organization skills
• Experience in training and managing team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in using retail management software is a plus
