Role Overview: As an FG STORE employee at Rajesh Masala, your role will involve managing and organizing retail sales, providing excellent customer service, and handling daily retail operations at the Amethi district location. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, training team members, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate inventory records. - Conduct regular stock audits. - Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock and take corrective actions. - Forecast inventory needs based on production and sales trends. - Coordinate with the procurement department and production teams for timely material availability. - Verify and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy. - Manage material inwards and outward movements with proper documentation.
