The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, optimizing store layout, and enhancing overall store performance. The Store Manager will lead by example, providing excellent customer service and effective communication with both staff and customers.
