Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:

• Oversee all store/warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment and manage purchase orders.
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Team Supervision:

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Schedule shifts and manage workforce to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment.

• Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and financial reconciliations.
