Job Description Job Title: Store Manager Job Summary: As a Store Manager at our Apple Store - iNSPiRE, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience, and driving the stores overall performance. Your role involves leading and motivating a team of sales and support staff, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. You will be the key person in maintaining the stores reputation as a leader in offering Apple products and services. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives, support staff, and cashiers to ensure high performance and a positive work environment. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Sales & Customer Experience: Drive the stores sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the premium Apple experience. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Store Operations: Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order new inventory, and ensure that all Apple products and accessories are well-stocked and accurately displayed. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing team to align store activities with broader brand campaigns. Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives with the team to drive foot traffic and sales. Financial Management: Manage the stores budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability. Prepare regular financial reports for identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Training & Development: Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on Apple products, services, and sales techniques. Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on new products and technologies. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the store complies with all company policies, Apple standards, and local regulations. Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Reporting: Provide regular updates to seniors on store performance, customer feedback, staff issues, and any other relevant matters. Use data and insights to continuously improve store operations. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the technology or electronics sector. Previous experience with Apple products and a background in a premium retail environment are highly desirable. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of retail sales principles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals. Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Apples ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services. Ability to train and guide the team on product knowledge. Financial Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and senior management. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently.
