Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for complete store operations, sales achievement, staff handling, inventory control, visual merchandising & delivering excellent customer service to ensure store growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor daily sales performance, footfall & conversion rate.
Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and repeat customers.
Ensure smooth day to day store operations.
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, hygiene and grooming as per company norms.
Ensure proper opening & closing procedures and cash handling.
Lead, train, motivate and monitor sales executives.
Duty roster planning, attendance, discipline & performance tracking.
Ensure superior customer experience at all times.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
Ensure proper display, visual merchandising guidelines & category display as per company standards.
Coordinate with VM team for display change, new arrivals display & store photo updates.

Requirements

Minimum qualification is plus two.
Minimum 2+ years retail experience (Men’s Fashion Apparel preferred).
Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
Smart, confident, target driven & customer service focused.

Package : 15000-20000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
