Store Manager

We seek a results-driven leader to manage all showroom operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales. This dual role requires a blend of management expertise and hands-on sales ability to meet targets and uphold the Ornate Jewels brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Service

• Sell jewelry by greeting customers, offering personalized help, and using your expert knowledge of gold and diamonds to guide their purchases.
• Meet monthly sales goals.

2. Store Management

• Lead the team and keep them motivated.
• Keep the store clean and ensure it meets brand standards.
• Manage the store's inventory and stock.
• Ensure all security rules are followed.

3. Office and Finance

• Accurately handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports.
• Work with the accounting and purchasing departments on stock management and pricing (making charges).

4. Promotions and Outreach

• Organize local events and promotions and work with the marketing team to bring more customers into the store.

5. Customer Care

• Quickly and professionally handle and resolve any customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Retail management/sales certification a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
