About Us We are a new-age Nail Salon brand in BTM Layout, Bangalore, founded by IIM Alumni with a proven track record of building and scaling multiple businesses. Our first store has been running successfully under the direct ownership of the founders, and now we are hiring our first Store Manager to lead operations and help us grow into a chain of stores across the city and beyond. This is an opportunity to be part of an early-stage growth journey where your contribution will directly shape the brand’s success. Role Overview As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, employee management, sales, and overall profitability of the salon. You will ensure smooth customer experiences while driving business growth through innovative sales and marketing ideas. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, billing, and stock management. Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Sales & P&L Ownership: Drive sales, manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and take responsibility for profitability. Customer Engagement: Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships. Marketing & Growth: Work with owners to implement Digital marketing & Local marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and customer loyalty programs. Reporting: Track and report performance metrics, sales trends, and operational issues to the owners. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Store Manager OR 4+ years as a Store Salesperson (preferably in salon/beauty/skincare industry). Skills: Strong communication skills in English (mandatory), with Kannada & Hindi preferred. Ability to lead a team and handle customer interactions confidently. Sales-oriented mindset with basic financial understanding of P&L. Creative problem-solving and ownership mindset.
