Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, an eye for quality, and a passion for retail. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff supervision. Ensure optimal display and presentation of cloth fabrication and footwear products to maximize sales. Maintain accurate stock levels, handle replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstock. Train, motivate, and guide store staff to achieve performance targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards. Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting. Requirements: Graduate degree in any discipline. Basic English communication skills. Freshers are welcome; prior retail experience will be an advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work night shifts. Knowledge of cloth fabrication and footwear sales will be preferred. Age Requirement: 22 – 35 years Gender: Female candidates preferred
