Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Pune. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer service, and uphold the brand's quality standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining a neat store environment, supervising staff, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
