Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share

2. Store Operations:

- Manage store inventory, logistics, and supply chain

- Ensure store maintenance, visual merchandising, and customer experience

3. Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve complaints

- Implement customer loyalty programs

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on recliner products, features, and technologies

- Provide product training to sales team

5. Marketing and Promotions:

- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns

- Execute in-store events and promotions

6. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock levels

- Implement inventory control measures

7. Open to Travel:

- If required the candidate must be open to travel
