• Lead daily store operations

   – opening, closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Deliver a 

  premium customer experience

  , guiding clients through their journey from walk-in to purchase and beyond.
• Manage 

  sales targets

   and report on performance metrics.

• Train, mentor, and motivate

   store staff to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate with 

  production & logistics teams

   to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries.
• Handle 

  customer escalations

   with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

• A leadership role in a 

  fast-growing luxury D2C brand

• Experience in 

  retail management, customer delight, and team leadership

  .
• Exposure to the world of 

  fine jewellery, design, and brand building

  .

• You have 

  2–5 years of experience

   in retail / luxury / D2C brand management.
• You are passionate about 

  customer experience and premium brand storytelling

  .
• You are 

  organized, target-driven, and a natural leader

  .
• You are fluent in 

  English & Hindi

   (extra languages are a plus!).
