STORE MANAGER - Electric Two-Wheeler Dealership

Location:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking dynamic Store Managers to lead our two EV two-wheeler dealerships in Kolhapur. This is a turnaround role requiring a proven track record in improving store performance, driving sales, and building high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth • Lead, motivate, and manage sales team to exceed KPIs • Implement performance-based incentive and monitoring systems • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve store performance • Monitor competition and adapt tactics accordingly • Manage daily operations, inventory, and showroom standards • Build customer relationships and ensure excellent service • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
