Job Title: Store Manager / Floor Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
Drive sales performance to meet monthly and annual targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
Implement and monitor visual merchandising and stock display strategies.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
Lead, mentor, and train the store team for optimal performance.
Analyze sales trends, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure smooth running of billing/POS systems and store SOPs.
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and operations teams for staffing and promotional activities.
