Job Description

1. Store Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store/dark store.
Ensure smooth picking, packing, and order dispatch within SLA timelines.
Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and compliance.
Monitor stock levels and ensure zero stock-outs.

2. Inventory Management

Track daily inventory movement and maintain accurate stock counts.
Conduct cycle counts, GRN, and stock audits.
Coordinate with vendors and supply chain team for replenishments.

3. Team Management

Supervise and manage a team of pickers, packers, and delivery associates.
Create work schedules and manage shift operations.
Train staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and customer experience.

4. Performance Monitoring

Achieve store KPIs including order accuracy, on-time delivery, shrinkage control, and productivity.
Monitor and improve picking efficiency & turnaround time (TAT).

5. Customer Experience

Resolve escalations related to order quality, delays, or substitutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores (NPS).

6. Reporting & Compliance

Maintain operational reports (inventory, sales, shrinkage, manpower).
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
