Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.
• Manage client interactions, handle walk-ins, VIP clients, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead follow-ups on inquiries and leads to drive

• Coordinate after-sales processes including alterations, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with designer brand guidelines.
• Ensure inventory management, stock audits, and timely replenishment.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and stylists.
• Manage store reporting, daily sales tracking, and performance analytics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in luxury retail or designer fashion stores.
• Must have worked with

  renowned designer brands

  (big designers only).
• Strong communication, client-handling, and sales negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in lead follow-up and sales conversions.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet aggressive targets.
• Presentable, well-spoken, and aligned with luxury brand etiquette.
