Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Lucknow. The Store Manager will lead daily store operations, manage and motivate the store team, oversee inventory control, implement retail strategies, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes handling customer service issues, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring operational standards are met for enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills, with an ability to oversee store operations effectively.
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with team members and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing a retail team.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for business growth.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
