Job Description – Storekeeper We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and support the smooth functioning of our store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, handling client accounts, and ensuring proper record keeping. The role also involves assisting with physical tasks when required and applying advanced skills in data management and Excel for reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, issues, and returns. Track, update, and reconcile inventory across multiple clients. Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and account records. Generate and analyse inventory and sales reports using Excel. Assist in loading, unloading, and organising goods in the store. Ensure timely stock replenishment and monitor discrepancies. Support audits and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with management and clients to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Requirements: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management. Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to handle both desk work and physical labour. Prior experience in inventory or store management preferred.
