Job Summary: The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide store staff in daily operations including sales, customer service, stocking Ensure proper stock management – receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent losses. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, and staff performance. Assist in achieving store sales targets and implement promotional activities. Oversee cash handling, billing, and banking procedures as per company policy. Coordinate with higher management for smooth execution of business strategies. Proven experience in retail/store supervision or a similar role. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP, or store software). Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site role. We need only those who can stay at our provided accomodation near factory. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.
