Job Description

Job Summary: The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in digital systems or databases. This role requires high attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure the integrity and reliability of data used for company operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them when necessary. Perform regular data backups to secure data. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. Respond to information requests and provide basic support to other departments as needed. Follow data quality standards and company procedures for document handling. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a data entry or MIS executive. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge on google scripting is required. Experience with data entry software or ERP systems is an advantage. Soft Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy.
