As a Warehouse professional, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving tires from FID and reconciling them accordingly. - Proper storage of tires based on designated locations and WMS guidelines. - Collaborating with SCM and Finance teams to liquidate slow-moving and non-moving inventory. - Managing QA hold and inventory not fit for specific customers, ensuring proper liquidation. - Calculating packaging costs for domestic dispatch and providing the details to HO Finance. - Handling the reverse flow of tires to FID. - Understanding dispatch plans and executing them as per the direction of the SCM team. - Overseeing the dispatch process to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. - Coordinating manpower resources with the service provider and managing the warehouse floor staff. - Packing finished goods as per the plan and ensuring readiness for dispatch. - Daily coordination with the SCM-HO team to meet country-wise dispatch targets. - Conducting quarterly inventory checks in coordination with the Plant team. - Ensuring FIFO compliance during inventory activities and rearranging pallet stacking when needed. - Training and leading the warehouse team to address daily operational issues and achieve performance goals. - Supervising daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. - Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to prevent losses. - Coordinating with the Logistics Team-HO to address shipping line variations and ensure daily dispatch targets are met. - Ensuring compliance with CSR norms in all warehouse operations. - Executing pre-dispatch activities such as printing Delivery Orders, creating Transfer Orders, and printing stickers as per the dispatch plan. - Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and inventory levels. - Implementing measures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in dispatch operations, such as accurate filling of the Sequence Sheet and 100% tire scanning before dispatch. - Checking and analyzing shipment errors. You should have 10 to 15 years of experience in warehouse management to excel in this role.,
