Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up

on work results

2 Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions

3 Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and

actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements

4 Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories

5  Protect employees and production team by providing a safe and clean store environment

6  Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements

7  Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and

personnel policies and procedures

8  Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and

shippers.

9  Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and

performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development

10  Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

11  Performs related and additional store manager duties as needed.

12  Attend and or conduct morning meetings with the team and maintain daily reports.

13  Participate in review meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
