Job Description

Department: Operations / Inventory Management Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, accurate inventory handling, and efficient coordination with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires mobility for transportation of materials and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of inventory—receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials. Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and resolve any supply issues. Maintain documentation and generate regular stock and movement reports. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store. Travel locally to suppliers or sites as needed for materials coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business). 2–4 years of experience in store management or inventory control. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory Requirements: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for local travel and coordination purposes.
