Job Description

Packaging Material Store Executive

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of all packaging materials (e.g., cartons, Jars, labels, tins etc.). Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Material Handling:
Safely and efficiently handle and organize packaging materials in the store, ensuring proper storage conditions and accessibility. Operate material handling equipment as needed.
Issuance and Dispatch:
Fulfill material requests from production departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Prepare materials for dispatch to other locations if required.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials. Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and material movement.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to material handling and store operations. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize storage space.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in store operations, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
