Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of sheet metal components, dies, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.

• Material Handling & Storage:

• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth material flow.

• Documentation & ERP:

• Update inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
• Prepare GRNs, issue slips, and maintain inward/outward registers.

• Vendor Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of sheet metal parts and consumables.
• Track and resolve discrepancies in deliveries and documentation.

• Compliance & Audits:

• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized records.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and company policies.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams to meet daily targets.
• Train and guide junior store staff on best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 48 years of experience in store operations within a press shop or sheet metal environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
