Job Description

Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock levels. Handle material inward and outward entries accurately. Prepare and maintain stock registers, GRNs, DCs, and issue slips. Track materials issued to field engineers and project sites. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with vendors and procurement team for timely material supply. Maintain records in Excel or ERP systems. Ensure safe storage and labeling of materials (ONU, routers, patch cords, cables, tools, etc.). Generate daily / weekly stock reports for management review. Monitor return and replacement of defective materials. Maintain clean and organized store space. Knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP) materials (ONU, Routers, Cables, Splicing tools, etc.) Inventory Management and Stock Control Material Inward / Outward tracking and record keeping ERP / Excel / Inventory software usage Understanding of store documentation (GRN, DC, Stock Register, Issue Slips) Vendor coordination for materials and logistics Basic accounting knowledge related to stock valuation
