Foodstories Bandra is looking for a Store Manager who can build a destination, not just run a store. Someone who understands people, service, neighbourhood culture, and the pulse of Bandra — and loves creating magic on the floor every single day.

1. The Floor

• You set the tone the moment you walk in — energy, culture, standards.
• You observe everything, miss nothing, and act before a problem becomes one.
• You create an environment where customers feel seen, understood, and delighted.

2. The People

• Build, coach, and grow a high-performance team of Storytellers.
• Lead by example — warmth, discipline, storytelling, and service excellence.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and daily learning.

3. The Experience

• Every aisle, every counter, every interaction → you elevate it.
• Make Foodstories Bandra the neighbourhood’s favourite ritual: premium yet warm, curated yet personal, global yet deeply local.

4. The Operations

• Run the store with precision — inventory, hygiene, VM, freshness, processes.
• Build rhythms, routines, and rituals that keep the store humming.
• Collaborate closely with HO, HR, Training & Community to execute initiatives.

5. The Community

• Understand the Bandra customer deeply — their lifestyle, food habits, rituals.
• Build local relationships: creators, neighbourhood cafés, wellness spaces.
• Host tastings, events, micro-experiences that anchor us in Bandra’s culture.
