Store Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Experience Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders as per the standard GDS (Greet, Delight, Servefast) process. Ensure quick and efficient service while maintaining product quality and consistency. Assist customers with product choices and upselling of combos, add-ons, and beverages. Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required. Store Operations Support in daily opening and closing of the store. Assist in preparing, serving, and packaging beverages and food items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counter, and kitchen area at all times. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. Inventory & Cash Handling Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and stock rotation. Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately (as required). Report shortages or discrepancies in materials to the Shift Incharge or Store Manager. Team Coordination Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during rush hours. Follow instructions and support other team members to achieve store targets. Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive team environment. Key Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a cheerful and proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Team player with a willingness to learn. Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Hotel Management preferred. Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher or experience in QSR / café / retail preferred).
