Key responsibilities Inventory management: Track, manage, and organize stock levels; conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly); manage slow-moving and non-moving stock; implement systems like "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) to minimize spoilage. Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; receive and check in deliveries against purchase orders; issue materials as per requisitions. Customer service: Assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, and provide excellent service. Staff and team coordination: Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials; coordinate with store staff. Administration: Process and submit invoices to the accounts team; maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
