Store Assistant

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to manage the overall operations of Casa Karaoke and Kafe Karaoke. This role involves handling studio bookings, events, café operations, staff coordination, customer experience, and daily management to ensure smooth functioning of both the karaoke studio and the café.

Key Responsibilities:

Casa Karaoke (Studio & Events):

• Manage daily studio operations and room bookings
• Coordinate and support karaoke sessions, open mics, and events
• Ensure rooms, sound systems, and equipment are well-maintained
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and confirmations
• Manage event schedules and coordinate with artists and trainers
• Ensure smooth transitions between back-to-back bookings

Kafe Karaoke (Café Operations):

• Oversee café food & beverage service
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and basic sales tracking
• Suggest menu improvements, combos, and offers

Requirements:

• Experience in studio, café, hospitality, or event management preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during events
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Organized, responsible, and problem-solving mindset
