Job Description

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a responsible and energetic person to manage the daily operations of Kafe Karaoke. The role involves handling the café, ensuring smooth service during events, managing staff, inventory, and maintaining overall hygiene and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly
Handle food & beverage preparation and service
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Handle billing, cash, and basic sales records
Coordinate with Casa Karaoke event schedules and bookings
Ensure quick service during events and peak hours
Suggest new menu ideas, combos, or offers to increase sales
Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely

Requirements:

Prior experience in café / food & beverage management preferred
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene
Good communication and people skills
Ability to work during events, evenings, and weekends
Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude
