Relevant Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role providing remote support in a technical service desk environment. Technical Know-how/Tools used Experience in Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Windows operating system, Knowledge of PC and printer hardware configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Preferred experience with IOS/Android troubleshoots & maintain. Exposure to hardware issue management. Ability to Manage the Office Networks LAN, WAN. Providing connectivity support for home users, including network broadband, Virtual Technologies, and VPN. Experience in Windows Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.) Experience with Azure, AWS and Citrix Virtual desktops support. Ability to provide end-to-end delivery support for desktop environments, improve the efficiency of systems Ability to design, implement and integrate IT hardware for its use in business environments. Ability to maintain hardware, PCs or workstations, and Hardware Inventory. Ability to efficiently resolve computer related issues received from employees, implement a standardized system and measure the effectiveness Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve and prevent the recurrence of incidents Ability to establish and implement the processes and contingencies to ensure that IT Services can recover Ability to utilize a variety of technical tools to guarantee service availability and ensure IT system performance Ability to learn and apply technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems Ability to manage the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end users PC or workstation hardware Ability to provide insight into software installation and support for multiple vendors Prior experience utilizing ticket tracking systems is a plus Crafting and updating Knowledge Base articles and infrastructure documentation. Ability to manage the supporting Vendors.
