  • Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and manage a team of stewards to maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen, and service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering and stock management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of cleaned utensils, dishes, and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high cleanliness and service standards across all areas.
  • Training and Development: Train new stewards, conduct regular skill development sessions, and provide ongoing support to improve team performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address issues or complaints regarding cleanliness and stewarding services promptly and effectively.
