Job Description

You will be joining our team as a steward, where your main responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing support to the kitchen staff as necessary. Your key responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans either using industrial dishwashers or by hand-washing. You will also be in charge of keeping kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators clean and organized. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, disposing of waste properly, and assisting with food preparation tasks will be part of your daily tasks. It will be crucial for you to follow all health and safety regulations, monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience. Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating proper dining etiquette, and maintaining a clean appearance while on duty are also essential aspects of this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and weekend availability requirement. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hospitality experience. The work location will be in person.,
